We can’t think of anything better than when a Phagans graduate follows their dreams and has a successful career. It was an obvious choice to have Dinah Ritchey as our first choice to be our Phagans All-Star! Dinah is a wonderful example of chasing your dreams and never giving up on yourself. Dinah graduated from Phagans in 2003 with a full cosmetology license, and right after dove into her career that led to her owning her successful salon, Urban Colorz. It’s 2018, and it’s officially time to book your next hair color appointment. You need a change like we all do. After 2017 we have all decided that it’s time to just take it easy. That means laid back colors, though that’s not to say that these colors won’t stop traffic. Each year we take a step further into our creativity. We express ourselves creativity from head to toe. This year we expect to see hundreds of ways to creatively dye our hair. Today we have gathered some of our favorite looks.

A Phagans barbering education combines hair theory, hands-on training, customer service, and preparation to sit for Oregon’s barbering licensing exam. At Phagans School of Hair Design in Happy Valley, the 786-hour Barbering program gives students opportunities to learn hair cutting, styling, shampooing, scalp health, and other barbering skills before practicing technical and customer service skills on the clinic floor.
