Our accrediting agency is National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences, NACCAS. The 2017 placement rates are derived by determining how many students graduated in 2017 and how many of them have reported employment within the cosmetology industry to the college by November 30, 2018. Graduates may be excluded from the placement calculation if: 1) the graduate is deceased, 2) the graduate is permanently disabled, 3) the graduate is deployed for military service/duty, 4) the graduate studied under a student visa and is ineligible for employment in the U.S. or 5) the graduate continued his/her education at an institution under the same ownership.
Phagans School of Hair Design also reports placement rates to Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission. The 2017 placement rates are derived by determining how many students graduated in 2017 and how many of them have reported employment within the cosmetology industry to the college by June 1, 2018.
