Congratulations to three staff members of Phagans School of Hair Design. Recently Jerry A. Kallioinen, Nancy Ripp, and Deborah Mathews received their Master Educator certification. Milady’s Career Institute awards this certification to teachers who have successfully completed 12 modules of the Master Educator Program. The Master Educator certificate is earned by completing a series of advanced education presented on a yearly bases by Milady Cengage Learning. Many of the academic teaching staff at Phagans are in the process of attaining this certification. The stimulating workshops include topics on classroom management, techniques for classroom presentations, and teaching the adult learner. Once again, job well done!
